This listing is for a custom tutu dress sz newborn-2T. I will need the measurement from the armpits to the desired length. You get to pick the top (4.5" top to bottom), your tulle colors, headband, and 2 flowers (one for the tutu top and one for the headband) refer to pictures for options. NOTE #43&45 are now unavailable and so is the pink top. If you use GIN pick one of the feather bonus clips or choose a 3rd flower clip. Please message me with the measurements and choices as soon as possible so I can get this made up and sent out to you within the 7 days Listia allows to ship. Break down of my pricing...
