Hi, if you could measure around the waist/bust and from the top of straps to hem I would greatly appreciate it! Is this dress machine washable?

under bust 27 inches this is the smallest part on the dress it flows down after that
from straps to center is 35 inches the sides are longer then the center side are 40 inches it does not say if machine washable i did and hung it out so it would not shrink the dress has some stretch to it i hope this helps
