The listing, France 1918 10 centimes has ended.
This specimen is a common date of a series struck 1917-38 during the waning years of the French Third Republic. It superseded a bronze "sou" struck 1898-1921. This design was also used for similar five and twenty-five centime pieces; the central hole kept it from being confused with larger denominations with similar diameters. This coin is very common in circulated condition but hard to find choice.
