there are zipper and button on the side . I;m not sure if will fit a 12 it looks pretty true to size to me thank you

Have you or someone else never worn it? I only asked about the 12, because american eagle stuff is usually made smaller.

sorry i never put it on its been sitting in a bin. i bought it because it was cute . it was 18 across bust so i would say a 32 would hold it up. i would say it was a jr i bought at tj at the jrs section. I'm a 9/10 i'll try it on when i get back and let you know how baggy
