For your consideration is this wonderful vintage scarab necklace from Egypt. It was a souvenir from many years ago but never worn. You can read the history of the scarab on the card included and photographed. While both pieces are silvertone I see no markings. It has been in the plastic bag it came in since it's purchase. The pendant frame does appear to be a little tarnished. I dont know the material the scarab is made from but it's lightweight. Perhaps a resin? The chain is 18 inches long.
