Not sure what the metal is, I have had these in stock for years and they don't tarnish for a long time so I cannot tell what's underneath the silverplating. Sorry.

I am guessing these are stainless steel since they do not tarnish for a long time.
Had them in stock for a couple of years now. But as I have said its just a guess, since I also have swarovski earrings from the same supplier and they are stainless steel metal, with silver plating on them.
