I am just guessing, USPS (PO boxes) has full control over them and they can only access them. Fed ex and ups don't and thats why they don't deliver, to big of a margin of error for something to get lost i guess and they don't want to be responsible. Besides i have to travel a long way to a post office to ship, i have a fed ex account and a drop box right down the street from me :) hope that helps!!!
