This is a beautiful vintage flowery vine design solid (NOT PLATED) stamped sterling silver spoon ring. As far as the size I would say it is somewhat adjustable since it is a wrap-around style design. but without having to bend it at all, my best guess is that it is about a size 8 1/2. As you can see in picture #3 it is clearly stamped Sterling along with a makers mark I do not recognize but that is just because I am not an expert on sterling lol.
This is the most feminine and beautiful spoon ring I have ever seen by far. It really is unique. (please see all pictures) though it's much more lovely in person.
