These are awesome black on black striped pants. They're in great shape; I've only worn them once and they've been sitting in a drawer for months as I need to wear a belt with them and don't own any belts. They have some stretch but fit more like a stretchy jean than a jegging. I wear a 4-6 US and they fit a little loose around the waist.

Sorry, I didn't see your questions. They're too big for me and I'm around 6. Too big for an American 3 for sure, probably 5 but it depends on your measurement ts.

Im having a hard time figuring out what size these are because usualy a size 28 USA is not the same as an 8 UK... Could you please measure the waist?
