The listing, Vintage silver button cover has ended.

This is for 1 button cover. Bought it as "genuine silver" but I'm not seeing any markings to show you. I can tell you that polishing it with a silver polishing cloth gives it a beautiful silver mirror-like brightness. Covers a plain button up to 5/8" in diameter.
