Could you check to see which Model Garmin it is? Should be somewhere on the device, just look on it. It should say Nuvi then a number beside it. Thanks

Looks like the Garmin I have model nuvi 40Lm can't guarantee that's what it is but that's what it looks like.

On the back at the very bottom there is a small sticker. I don't think this one is a Nuvi usually they say Nuvi on the front. On the bottom left hand corner.
