Always kept on case since day one, no scratches. You will only get the iphone. (No USB cable, no wall charger)

I already reset the iphone and you can still use it, you just need to have any non-activated SIM card on it, I will send it like this so you are ready to go when you get it.

Actually I think if you bring it to the Apple store and you win this auction it only costs less than $10 to swap out and get a new SIM card tray, I have an iPhone also and had an issue with the SIM card reading also on the same network. I hope this helps. :)
