Please read all of this! The diamonds aren't big. They are real and called accent diamonds because they are small. Idk what the metal it is made of. I think it is sterling silver plated. I just can't remember. This is more of a antique style. I'm listing it only because most days my fingers are 5.5-6 & hate the idea of it slipping off.
