The listing, Great Jewelry Lot. incl 1 signed Brooch & 1 signed Ring has ended.

Great Lot Ear Rings, Vintage Ring, Chain, Vintage Brooch.
Here are the items:
1. Signed "NAPIER" Tigers Eye Vintage Ring. Very Beautiful Tigers Eye on this piece.
2. Signed "JERI LOUE" Brooch With a beautiful Ruby colored stone in the center. (may be crystal or rhinestone or something... I don't know)
3. A Gold Tone Chain. It is marked 14k but it is not. It is only plated.(I tested it myself)
4. A large set of Gold-Tone Hoop Ear Rings.

About the pieces:
The chain I won on here a while back. I won it as 14k and once I received it and had a chance to test it, it became apparent it was indeed not solid 14k. The previous Lister was gracious enough to offer a refund and in the end I offered to give her 2000 credits for it because I believed she had no idea it actually was not solid. I realized I wouldn't get 2000 credits for it alone so I put it in a lot.(hope to recoup a few of those credits:)
The Tigers eye ring came as a bonus in another lot from another great member here on Listia.
The Brooch I won for my Niece here on listia and she said she didn't like it :) (she's only 10) so here it is. Great piece with a huge dark red stone. Very elegant.
The Large Gold-Tone Hoop Ear Rings were also part of that bonus from a listia member and they are wayyyy to big for my niece, so here they are.

All pieces are in great shape and very nice looking. Please ask any questions before bidding. THERE IS NO SOLID GOLD OR SILVER IN THIS LOT.

Hope I get some of the credits back. The Ring is really really nice and the brooch.... well just look at it, beautifull. The Ear Rings and chain someone may want, if not they can just re-list them.

I can't stand dishonest listers or folks that can't except that they may be wrong. The original lister refunded my credits instantly, no questions asked. My kind of person. That is the only reason I offered her 2000 credits. Otherwise I would have just sent it back. It is a nice chain and it's too bad it's not solid but not e erybody needs a real one anyway, so here it is. I just hope someone wants it :)

i agree ENTIRELY w/you bout dishonest people. unfortunately, it's not only from sellers, some buyers are like that as well.
but about the sellers, i just recently won a android tablet for 62 thousand credits (which is A LOT) and the seller stated it was in "good working condition" so when i tried it out, within 5 minutes of use the entire bottom was SUPER hot like it was going to fry out and the hotter it got, the slower it performed online before it froze. i wouldn't say that was good working condition, would you?
so i requested my credits be refunded and wanted the address to return it and the seller refused, claiming that per listia's rules since i received the item the auction is closed and no refund.

well the item wasn't as described and you should have gotten your credits refunded. This is a really great site and it's a shame some folks have found ways to manipulate the existing rules. I would love to see a more detailed rules and regulations section for the site as well as some tighter restrictions on newer listers.
