Physically everything looks alright, as for you like electronicly It was hooked up to a multimeter and it showed the correct voltage, I do not have the computer or device to test this further ,so other than that test. I am unsure of everything else

It will be on the bottom of your computer, or on the inside it will say HP Pavilion or Inspiron or something like that with numbers
