The 2nd bubble mailer is bigger than the 1st bubble mailer and if you bid let's say like 1300 than you will get the 2nd bubble mailer instead of the first one and the second one is bigger :-) so pretty much the more you bid the bigger the "box"

What there saying is that the auction has to say you bidded over 1000 right now if someone tries to outbid you and lets say they bidded 1000 then you would still be the high bidder adn THEN you would be getting the bigger bubble thing
