Bring it in during the winter and keep it near a window..and mist it so it doesn't dry out too much.

Very simply...stick them in godd potting soil and they like filtered or partial sun.
Mine are on my screened in porch and some outside under a filtered clear roof.
They like humidity...misting..and water about once a week during the summer.

I have a very large plant of this, gave away several clippings over the 27 years I have had this. It only blooms every 7 years and it blooms in the middle of the night and the bloom dies off in the morning. Mine just finished blooming

Mine blooms every year and have had as many as 6-8 blooms at the same time on the mother plant.and yes it is a night bloomer.
