It is three an one half inches long. Almost one and half wide it has these two pins that have around thing that goes over the pin and you push it down on these pins to make it stay in place. I found this at a garage sale and liked it. It's cute.

The back has two pins at each end. It looks like it would hold a sweater together at the top.

interesting .I thought that is what it might be. They are often used on hats and vests . This one is rather unusual and more ornate than most . Thanks for info.. Very nice . I will bid.
