A pretty dark blue dress with lighter blue flowers lined with a dark blue color.the outer material is sheer..,above the knee.i wore it three times to work in California. Really cool. No stains,no tears,not faded.no snags at all. The color is the same as when i bought it really dark blue.There is a bottom on the neck in the back.I bought it at Macys in California. Yes, definitely, i always forget to put that.i have never been around smokers.I am allergic to cigarette smoke.my face blows up.Not a pretty sight.
