I have been using these for a couple months now. Let me tell you they do work,don't expect miracles but you will notice a different texture to your skin the 1st time you use it and a little tightning, the second time which you can do 72 hours after using the 1st one,you will notice even more tightning and actual firmness. The 3rd I measured before and after and there was a 2 inch difference around the tummy area. Sooooo they do work and better than the Spa wrap I had done and pd $$$$ for. But as always diet & exercise is the key element in losing weight and keeping it off. These wraps give you basically a jump start !!! With that said BranWill20 F&W :) :) :)

How long do the effects from the wrap last?

They last 2-6 Months depending on the individual and if you follow the directions and drink the amount of water you are suppose to. This product is not to lose weight it is more for tightening and toning :)
