when shipped in regular envelope dont forget to tape it to a tissue or something like that and make sure usps marks it nonmachinable and the postage will be .64 cents , the reason for attaching it to something is so that if the envelope corners get ripped a little it wont fall out , ive recieved mail like that before and im a fellow arkansan !!

thank you for that rachel. I was thinking of making a lil pouch out of paper, taping all the sides around it and then putting it in the envelope so it had extra protection. I want the winner to actually receive their item.
