Hi there! Up for grabs today is a fine example of very,very,very old coinage from the roman empire. Approx. 2000 years old, give or take 300 years. Its lost its patina, but the images are about as good as it gets. GOOD LUCK!

hi just some ideas to get better images take photo in sun light or use your cameras high sensitivity setting in close up I am also from long island

Hello long Islander. Thanks for the tip. I just can t seem to get a decent pic of old coins like this. I ve tried 2 different cameras. I will try your tip. I have a lot more coins to put up.

Ancient coins are always nice. I have about 40 ancient roman coins in great condition. I have also had the same camera problems.
