The listing, US CATS Complete Set used 22c stamps (1988) has ended.

Beautiful complete set of CATS used stamps from 1988 (VINTAGE!)
This set is in excellent condition and stamps are hinged to card.
Set is Scott #2372-2375.

Is there any discoloration from the hinges?

Nope, these appear to be the light green type and removable, but I generally soak off hinges rather than pull them off.
So, the back of the stamps looks good!
