For various reasons, some of us can't sit 'flat' on a hard surface - sometimes even on a soft surface. This was the solution I found. Until I gained some weight and had surgery, this "Whoopie" cushion was a saving grace for me. Gently used, it is in very good condition. It has been cleaned and sterilized and I highly recommend to anyone who has this special and delicate condition.
