Wish we knew what the tier was. Like how much product or cost in product at least for how many credits. I bet these would go so much higher if we had some idea of what we get for what credit amount.

No they are not used. I have do many perfume, cologne, lipstick. I have bags for the books and products. Tons of stuff. The amount of items you get really depends upon the winning bid. The winner will receive some of everything listed.
