This is an AT&T Windows Phone. The case is in good condition, but it needs a charger. The charger I had did not work so I threw it away; but even when I tried charging it, it still did not charge well. It may take several hours to reach even a little charge. Not sure if it's a phone, charger, or battery problem. It needs a SIMS card. I give no guarantees on this phone. The face is not cracked. I can't find the key to put in the SIMS card.
