if i measured correctly, the bust there is 15" but there is room to stretch. Top of the dress has a stretchy back. Thanks for asking!

the dress is a true XL but it has some stretch to it if needed. It reaches just below my knee and I'm 5'3". I will check out your auctions too....thanks for looking!
