Up for auction is my good and trustworthy weighted vest, name branded by nonetheless GOLD'S GYM!

This weighted vest is what gave me my fitness start, helping me decrease my body fat percentage from 22% to 14% in only 6 months! (Yes, i was a tubby one! But this helped me fix that!)

Using this vest during pushups, elevated crunches, dips, squats, and even pull ups will help you to strengthen and tone those hard-to-reach abdominal muscles to make you look great AND feel great!

This vest is UNISEX, meaning it can be used by both men and women! One size fits mostly all!

Days have been set to 21 and will NOT be lowered so please don't ask! :)
