rain tree it has yellow flowers and when the when is blowing it looks like rain is on them

Oh cool, I've never heard of them before. I do need some trees in my yard! Do they grow in any region or prefer warmer temperatures? I live in northwest Georgia area. Hot summers & mild to cold winters.

My neighbor started one last year in the hottest part of the summer and the first cold winter you will need to bring it in then once it is a decent size u can plant it out side and it will hold up thru the Winters
