Four quality fragrance oils that are uncut and strong and skin safe, can be used for anything fragrance oils can be used for. In soap making, they do not rice soap. These are free of cheap fillers that you find in other fragrance oils and they definitely match their scent name! All Listia rules apply. Hello, no I don't sell them outside of Listia or anything, I buy them from a woman I have bought from many times, I use them for cold process soap making, she sells them in lots so I take out the scents I want and the rest I sell on Listia. Thank you for inquiring though. I am considering buying more and more lots from her just to put on Listia, everyone who gets them, loves them,check out my feedback!
