It's the Samsung R451C. And I don't believe that it takes a SIMS card, however, it does have a slot for a memory card.

Can you set personal text message & alert tones? (lol, I know it seems stupid but I really hate the ones that come standard..) Most Samsung phones don't allow this..

Will there be any issues setting this up in a different state. I use straight talk and this is my favorite of their phones. Recently I had to buy one and they whre out of these so I got stuck with the one that is similar and it does not pick upservice in my home. I am about to throw it through the TV LOL anyway if my points come through before this endsI will be intrested if your sure ste up won't be an issue. Sorry so long.

set up should not be an issue who ever wins the phone will just need to purchase a card for mins and then either call the number or go online and set it up it takes less than 5 mins to complete and is very simple
