They match, but aren't identical, no two stones would be either. Colors are real close, but different veining.

Are there any marks on the earrings designating silver content or maker?

Sorry, no there isn't. These were bought in NM. about 12 years ago and haven't been worn in about 10. They are beginning to tarnish. I bought them from the guy who I think had made them, but can't say for certain, cuz I didn't ask.
