I'm sorry,,,,was really busy. I'm not sure either way on this. I won it on here. The only number on it is the certification number in the pic. I know nothing @ all about these. Honestly, you should look it up to make sure before you bid on it. It's made really great either way and is gorgeous, just not my taste. TY ^~^

It feels like it. It's made really well, heavy duty with thick weave around the top and thick pockets. The handles are really thick as well and also has an extra strap that has really heavy brass like clips to attach if wanted. Its a beautiful purse. The pics don't show how pretty it really is. When I won it, the pics weren't that good so I thought the pattern was a floral one,,,but it's an animal print. Very beautiful colors, but I have absolutely no animal print anything to wear with it lol.

Some ppl, like yourself, would look amazingly hot in animal print. But myself,,,would probably look silly. I couldn't carry it off cause I'm such the conservative type. Lol. You know what though,,,I just recently got married,,,and I might just go ahead and get something sexy in animal print,,,just to see my husbands reaction. LOL. ^~^
