I will send one reminder at the end of the auction, if you fail to respond within seven days of the end of the auction you forfeit your points and the item.
I send the pattern through email and then send you a notice through Listia. If you do not see it PLEASE check your spam folder. I have been treated pretty rudely only to find out later it was in the spam folder and not my mistake. I do make mistakes and if I do please let me know BEFORE you contact Listia at least give me the opportunity to correct the problem. I will make it right! Customer satisfaction is important to me!
I will no longer refund points to people who do not provide me with the information I need to send them their items. I will not issue a refund because you didn't read the listing and you thought it was a completed item.
