I have a relative who is a veteran and thought this might be kind of cool for him. I've never seen one of these - does the whole thing flash or just the edges?

It has 5 blinking lights 1 on each of the wings, one on the body, one on the feel and one on the tail. They rotate red, green and blue led lights. It is super bright at night and not to bright durning the daylight. Thanks for your interest. Margie
