This is a gear shift skull knob works but missing bottom piece that holds battery to make eyes light up!! Please do not ask for free shipping i'm a single dad and just can not afford to do it i'm sure you can understand this if you have kid's. Its a flat rate on all my items no matter how big or small unless i can mail it!! I can not GIN as of yet till i get my wings. After i can GIN i may consider doing free shipping on some of the items depending on the cost and the GIN i set and get. I only ship to verified address's and use Pay Pal for the shipping cost.
