It is definitely not for kids. The measurements are 39 length 14 wide sending more pics now

More and better pix would certainly help. We need a shot of any labels, the headstock logo, any damage, and most importantly a side shot of the neck, possibly with a straight edge next to it so we can tell how straight it is. All guitars should have a smidgen of forward bow, to allow for string relief, but not too much. Does this guitar have a truss rod? On most acoustics that have one, the nut you turn is located inside the sound hole on the neck.

I just got off work and tried to put photos on but it is too late now. There is not a stamp on this entire guitar, but rather a picture of a humming bird drinking from a flower in gold.
