Apollo 17 was launched from Cape Canaveral, FL on 7 Dec 1972 with a crew of 3. This was the 6th and final Apollo moon landing mission.

Page 1 shows a print of the official NASA Apollo 17 mission emblem.
A print of the crew of 3 Apollo 17 astronauts (Cernan, Evans & Schmitt) is shown on Page 2.
The official NASA Apollo 17 Launch VIP Card is mounted on page 3. This is a very rare item that is given to celebrities and others at the launch site at Kennedy Space Center on the launch date. The back of the card is blank. The card is in a plastic envelope to protect it.
Page 4 features a print of all 12 NASA Apollo manned missions (including Apollo 1)
All 3 photos in the card-stock folder are actually printed on the folder.
