It is made of cardboard, the flat rate shipping is around 5.00, i will check to be shure and get back to u , as well as how wide it is . I allowed my son to post on here so ill have to put it together to see, if its not on the box, please note this has been opened before and put together once, then put back in the box.i will reply back with details later tonitght. thank u for ur intrest.

im sorry for taking so long to reply i put the pizzle together it was my sons and i was asking him your questions and decided to check it out my self it is in the shap of the car in like new condition il try to post a poc if it put together
