This is a pretty multi-colored (slightly faded- the flash is used in the pictures so it appears brighter- wanted to mention that)- white, blue, and black pattern, summer dress in womens size large. It is a cotton blend, has some long polka dotted ties in the back for flattering fit, black adjustable spaghetti straps, and zippered back.
