I would if I could but the post office doesnt allow me to ship anything explosive or flammable. Plus it would have to be shipped in a box which would cost much more. Im sorry. I think its like 3 bucks at walmart though

It does have flint inside it and does work. But it does not have fluid in it for shipping purposes
