According to www.listia.com/rules, MAXIMUM S&H CHARGE FOR JEWELRY IS $6.00, UNLESS YOU CAN SHOW PROOF THAT THE EXACT COST OF SHIPPING IS MORE THAN THAT, AND THEN YOU MAY CHARGE ONLY THAT MUCH. You say you've filled a large ziplock bag with 3 lbs of jewelry, beads and findings. all that will fit easily within the following:
