Questions & Comments
Wizardworld, yeah I know that! But I have seem many sellers- good sellers with years experience on here, say that they have had many issues with giving their imed number on Listia, and that scammers was taking their GOOD imed # that they posted, and would go post a fake iPhone auction using their imed #. And another scammer took this one lady's good imed # and posted a iPhone with a bad imed- but used her good #s to say on their auction that their phone was in good standing. And while you are right that # goes to that specific phone, the good seller had a huge falling out with Listia support and her winner because the # was being displayed on another site with another phone etc. she had to get her carrier to fax her papers and prove the # was hers and such to not lose her credits she won. Idk. I don't no all the details. But there were a few sellers who as I said have been members for a long time with great feedbacks, who said they had a lot of troubles with giving the # out on comments sections. I don't know! Honestly, maybe they were over exaggerating things? Idk!
The phone in the pic is the 4s, you can tell by the housing. The iPhone 4s has to antennas (black lines) on the top sides and, on the bottom, as for the 4, only has two antenna on the bottom and, one on the right side of the headphone jack.
I'm curious. Are u still using this phone? It looks like its activated still? And you have "new" email from the screen turned on. Plus it says "sprint" at the top right... Doesn't that mean its still activated? Or ??
shelli1017 The MEID # can only be used with that phone so giving it out will not harm anyone but will allow people to check and see if t reaklly has a clean ESN and can be turned on and not stolen or owing a bill on it to many people sell phones that have bad esn on here
Thank you for pictures including the one turned on. Please share why it's being auctioned following having only purchased it 4 months ago. What accessories are included with the phone?
I broke my iphone 4 months ago and I got this new iphone because I had insurance on my phone. then last week for my birthday present I got upgraded to galaxy phone
I wouldn't send the meid to anyone except the winner after the auction ends. I've heard if people stealing the meid # of a good phone with no back payments from Listia, and using the # to pretend like its their #s on a bad phone. The one instance the lady spent over two months of back n forth email and faxs just to prove that the imed number was hers and not the scammers.
Fanned watching n bidding. But is the phone in good standing? No outstanding bills? Is the i cloud unlocked? (Able to be activated. It won't be able to be activated if locked up from a previous user)
To make sure you get the most bids and credits from your listings, please add more information about your item. Details such as make, model number, condition, and any known issues will really help you get more credits. This also reduces the number of questions that your bidders have to ask.
For the best possible results, you should also post a clear, close-up picture of the item in your possession instead of using a stock photo (a commercial photo taken by the manufacturer). We recommend photos of your item powered on, powered off, and of the back and sides. All of the pictures should be taken on the same background. We also highly recommended writing your Listia username on a piece of paper showing it next to your item. Doing so will help bidders know that you really have the item in your possession.
All of this will prevent your listing from getting flagged. The last thing we want is for your listing to get deleted!
Thanks for your cooperation and hope you hit the jackpot with this listing!
