Up for auction is this LG EnV touch phone. I have recently upgraded to a different phone, and I no longer need this one. It works good, it does looked used it has scratches from wear. it also had a scratch on the lower part of the screen. but it does not interfere with the picture or the use. Like I said it is a used phone.

good luck, just so you know if you ever drop your phone or any electronics for that matter. Right away take the battery out and and let it dry completely, you should have no problem :o)

I believe you do only if you want the online unlimited. I have Verizon and I have to do the data package because Im online with my new phone. You can have regular phone service with this phone without the data package. I hope this helps. Thank you for asking
