Questions & Comments
I have been saving zippers to make these. Is there a tutorial somewhere that would show how to make them? Thanks!
Here is a tutorial site for zipper flowers. just google and you'll find lots of them. I don't use hot glue. If you look close at the flower on her bracelet you can see the glue. I sew mine by hand. :o)
angel2stamp I just figured it out on my own since I have been sewing for 40 years now! The other day I just googled zipper flowers and there are several good tutorials. They all use hot glue, and I've seen some with hot glue that look messy. I have sewn all mine by hand. :o)
Kind of. I just do a few stitches at a time then sew that row upon the previous one. I've tried every conceiveable way until I found a way that I'm comfortable with. Practice practice practice!!! I might put up some zippers for an auction!
