My lovely wife tells me this is a bracelet. I suppose it would be for either a man or a woman... if you can get your hand through it. My wife can...I can't.

Thank you, and I just noticed the miss-spelling. For clarification it is not a "Bacelet" It is is a "Bracelet"! LOL
