How old is it? It runs good? does it run fast or real slow? I know the PC is expensive but I'm just making sure, Does it have the CD to wipe it clean so all ur personal things r off it? You might wanna do that, its not hard to hack any NO# u have on there credit cards & so on, even if u have to buy one at walmart or Bestbuy, they will know what ur talking about, Just becareful! Its hard for a seller if they don't have paypal when they are new I would get a paypal account if you have google wallet you can get paypal I would say let the winner send you a label for it if you cant get paypal that way they feel safe you will send it then after you get verified and some feedback people will be willing to send money orders if you still don't have paypal.
