Like new: it is in the box with the pieces still in plastic.
As is: it is from the 80's meaning it is likely 30 plus years old.
Good thing they made toys quite well then. This looks like an awesome piece and even if it did not move about it would be a great static piece oreven part of a diorama. I welcome anyone who wants to to try to outbid me. I want this guy to get lots of credits for offering such a great item.

I would like to know if instructions in english. I could not tell in pics and there was what looked like Chinese or Japanese in some pics. Not a dealbreaker since most model kit instructions are visual. Just curious.
