I carefully looked over this book and I couldn't find any marks, ear marked pages, writing. It looks immaculate with the exception of one spot on the dust cover where there was probably a price sticker and it could probably be cleaned.

Having said that, it is being sold AS IS.

I found one being listed on the internet for $12.99 + 3.72 shipping.

Please, please don't leave me comments about the starting bid being too high. I am paying the shipping and that costs $6.00 (or 6000 listia credits)
