This is a light lime green with rhinestone trim on both sides of harness around neck, Made of a very soft leather or very high quality vinyl for small dogs or medium cats. New never used. No photo available. Have three or four available. Will check "size" and qty. (Bought extras, then mom's cat died...) Paid $13.00 each.

No we don't have a leash for it.
It was a plain black nylon type leash but when we tried to put it on my kittens neon pink harness so we'd hopefully be able to keep an eye on her better she shredded the leash and lost her harness several times by wiggling out of it and then chewing through part of it. Rascal we gave up one keeping a harness on.
